我同样有这个毛病，手淫过度了，敏感度低了，戴了套就射不出来，最长一次做了1个多小时还没射的感觉，体力都跟不上了，戴0.01都射不出，不戴的话起码也要半个小时全力冲刺才能射，但只要停手淫半个月左右就恢复了，20分钟左右就能射
