我18岁就尿酸那么夸张了？尿酸高跟手淫没有半毛钱的关系。尿酸高就是吃含嘌呤高的食物太多了，特别海鲜+啤酒这种。
那么年轻，要多出去运动，跑步出汗，多喝水，要把尿酸降下来，要不后面痛风犯了，真的会生不如死的
