个人建议，排版是规章制度的一部分，自然要遵守，当然，个别作者是手机码字不方便，所以说让管理员代排是可以的，当然我建议收取少许金币作为报酬（数量不能够太多，直接从稿酬中扣除），数量不多是基于公平，一定要扣是督促可以排版的作者有自行排版的自觉性。

还有就是，拿出一个帖子作为模板，到时候纯文本直接复制粘贴上去（或者使用格式刷），就可以简单完成排版工作
